Stay active and keep moving. There are many types of sports to practice, from which you can benefit. At the beginning of your journey, you are still too heavy to practice intensive sports, and you will notice that you become tired quickly, which may cause you to give up. And we do not want that, because you want to reach your goal. So choose an easy sport, one that is not too heavy or intensive, because your body and mind still have much to process before moving straight to the highest level. Keep it calm and simple until your body indicates it wants more in terms of sport. In the early stages, walking, cycling, and swimming are ideal ways to start moving and losing weight. Cycling is good because you are supported by the saddle. Sitting and cycling calmly will help the kilos drop off. You do not need to race or struggle, because sweating is not the goal for now. Forget food for a while and focus on movement — that is what matters. Your body and mind need to get used to the fact that you are becoming active, alongside your withdrawal symptoms. All this stress can be managed by staying active and moving.
